Had the Salmon for dinner. It was overcooked so much that I couldn 't even cut it with a fork. Comparable to leather. Told the server how bad it was, as she took my plate says I will tell them so they don 't do it again HUH? Paid $30 for Salmon andcouldn 't eat it. So I guess maybe if you are the lucky next person and he worked on it you might get Salmon cooked properly.Worst Kobe EVER! read more.
