NYCP’s ingredients do not reflect the quality that their pricing reflects. Their cook on their pizzas has been extremely inconsistent over the past five years and most recently the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The center is overloaded with cheese and their is never enough sauce for the proper cheese/sauce ratio and the undercarriage can not support it and is extremely floppy.
