Just a small town tavern. Pretty good bar food. The only negative thing is sometimes there are sketchy customers there...like the ones who make you nervous about walking out to your car at night. But, other than that, good place to hang out if you want a beer and greasy food : View all feedback.

What Sally D doesn't like about Smiley's Happy Place:
Drinks way to expensive, slow service, and I feel they serve only there friends first . Also, I was there during happy hour and still was charged full priced. Would not recommend going to this established. I was a manager for buffalo wild wings in green bay, and if my employees treated customers that way they would have been either reprimanded or fired.
