Downtown Center - Feedback

Best Mall of Santo Domingo, at least for food, movies and closer to other venues. The traffic around might get messy, but is nice to visit

I have one issue with this place.... this lady one day forgot to charge us for 2 instead charged us one smoothie and 3 weeks later is forcing us to pay HER MIST...
