What Anatoly Kogan likes about Benihana:
Went there to celebrate a birthday with the closest family. The place is big with loudly humming equipment. The atmosphere is more industrial, as opposed to romantic or intimate, if that's what you are looking for. The service was fast enough, and the servers were polite. What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Benihana:
This was my 1st time here. We normally go to Saito’s for hibachi and that’s where we will continue to go. After we were seated we waited almost 2 hours for the chef. Also, there was a time when one of our table mates had to go look for our server. The food was great, the chef was wonderful once he arrived, but the overall service needs improvement. Wish I had an option for yum yum sauce that's smaller than a pint. I don't need that much sauce. Otherwise there's no way to order it
