Although I had a negative experience initially, the staff at this restaurant were able to improve my opinion. They were kind, quick, and the food was delicious. I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer service and the local store worked together to rectify the situation. I am very grateful for their efforts. My son is a big fan of Checkers! What Stacy Beer doesn't like about Checkers:
Customers beware, if you don’t tell them what size you want they automatically make everything a large to boost their numbers. All their drink mixes are off. Sweet tea tasted like liquid cane sugar the icees tasted like water with dye in it, no flavor whatsoever. Worst checkers experience ever! View all feedback.
