"This is a generically listed restaurant. However, they would label walk-in guests as outsiders. After initially being asked to wait for 30 mins, one of the staffs asked to return to the reception, labeling as outsiders. There is no clear communication on the policy and for such a restaurant, the staffs need the basic etiquette training that they lacked. Inaccurate listing and unclear communication put with substandard etiquette has made the whole experience distasteful"
