On a rainy Saturday, with my family, a group of 6, passing by bike at 1230, despite the high marks, we felt very very unwelcome -;((. After a bit of discussion we finally managed to get a Ticino plate which was OK. A hot soup to warm up was declined. Host and staff were not interested at all to do business.
