Have not been here for a long time as was amazed by how nice the refurbishment was, very comfortable and modern. I ordered a drink from the bar and the waitress...

"I loved the cauliflower and aubergine curry yesterday complete with linseedahl, flatbread and rice. I am just so grateful that I can order a curry that does not contain cocos or cocos milk. the taste was delicious. we are rarely disappointed by the food. I also know that we can order an alternative chips if they are on the menu with a dish. I can also recommend the toad in the hole. Sunday dinners are good, but not surprisingly it is busy at the weekend."

For starters we had crab salad with nice taste of crab and we had cheese souffle which could have a bit more strong taste of cheese.
