No bacalao in the bacalao dish... Eager to taste the famous lofoten bacalao I happily ordered the bacalao dish... however it turned out to be a salty potatoes one! There was no bacalao at all in there. I kept eating my dish, hoping for the bacalao to be hidden under the sauce and potatoes.... but it wasn 't.
