First visit was few months back. Tried Pho Bo. The greens were bounty and fresh, soup and meat are pretty good. However, it degraded from there. Service from the Caucasian guy is superb. The others left a lot to be desired. I ordered to take away and the Asian waiter said haughtily that this restaurant is high class and they don't really do take away like other restaurants.
