"My first impressions of this restaurant after walking in weren't great. I was eating alone and there were plenty of open 2 top tables available but I still had to wait a while to get seated. Looking over the menu, everything seemed to be listed at a premium price. I contemplated leaving, but before I could, my server arrived and took my drink order. I resigned to stay and decided to order the biscuits and gravy. Y'all, they need to serve it with more gravy because that was the best gravy I've had since I left Mama's house. The biscuits were tall and fluffy with a nice crunchy top and a fluffy center. I'm hooked. The service, while slow, was great and my server was very pleasant. It's started out rough but it ended great."

"I received three confirmations of our outstanding reservation for our anniversary dinner party. the plant closed early due to a power failure, but not attentive to us. after living in boerne and closing the restaurant we had to find more accommodations in such late hour. very unhappy."
