Really nice experience. Great food and excellent service. The appetizers were delicious. So was the main entry. But the juice was extremely sweet and the chips too salty. In addition... Hot dogs are meant to be an easy food to eat, so, the idea would be to eat it with your hands. The "eat a hot dog with a fork" experience sounds too snobby in my book.
