My wife and I were thrilled and surprised by the quality of the sushi we were served. Actually, the sushi rice was the best we had in Latin America. The rice itself was what we always long for and never find – the perfect glutinous rice – and it was done very well in terms of the subtle balance of vinegar and rice sweeteners. Had high expectations. Terrible and overpriced ramen. Tasteless broth. Over cooked boiled egg (not marinated, hard yolk) Disgusting fish cakes. Bad quality pork. Did not try the sushi. I guess I should have ordered that instead. View all feedback.
