Ordered lunch through the Panera app for pick up. The ordered was processed very quickly and they got it correct. Walked it and picked it up right at the front pick up area. I got the chicken Caesar salad and my wife got the sandwich salad combo. The saladwas a good size and the chicken was good. I'm afraid I can no longer dine here on my lunch hour. I waited over 20 minutes for my simple soup/salad order to be prepared. It was way too busy and understaffed to accommodate a lunch time crowd and I had to finally wrap my order to go as I did nothave time to eat it.
