"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"The food and ambiance was fine up until the owner told us we had to leave because she needed the table. I made a reservation and spent $130 for three people. I was there conducting a business dinner. It was embarrassing to host out of town clients in a place where we weren’t welcomed. The server felt horrible and apologized, but it wasn’t her fault. The owner needs a lesson in customer service. When we left there wasn’t anyone in the lobby or foyer waiting. There were other empty tables of the same size. I will never go there again."

"This place was super busy and I imagine its that way all the time. The food was simply incredible. Careful if you want it hot (spicy anyway) cause they'll put it on ya. I had a volcano and got so involved with it that I forgot to take a pic until I was abt half done. Way tasty. Wifey had a plate full of crispy green beans that she ate so fast they were half gone before I even looked over to check if she was enjoying them! Be ready for fresh, great portions, and authentic. Prices very reasonable"
