I was hoping to order food in the last 30 minutes?.the gal didn't even work on asking what I want to drink. wait 20 minutes later for the drink. they need an adult staff. 27. October 2022 at 6:15 o'clock. I go next door to really get a service in highlands hollow. She has time to stand up there and talk to a guy. I always had a great service here! that's the second time I had this terrible waitress, so I'm not back. read more.

"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."
