I've eaten here and enjoyed it. But this evening was different. the pad Thai presentation was great, but the noodles were hanging together and there was not much huh. the spicy was definitiw at point! service was?t what I used to, I have dipped and the restaurant was about 75% capacity and it seemed not to be many togo orders, so I can't decide what was on. hopefully it was a one-off. "I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."
