great place to eat when they have a doggo in tow. the waiter was super attentive to our needs and also the dog. There were also other moats with dogs. I really felt comfortable here. eating was also excellent! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about The Lift Grill:
I love the lift however the last time I was in there I wasn't a fan. I had to go and I asked if I could get my order to go and I feel I was putting them out. I was standing at the bar and watched what they were saying about me. They didn't know I was standing there. Needless to say I haven't been back. View all feedback.

"I grew up across the original Reed's Dairy in Idaho Falls, and have always loved their ice cream! Hands down the best I have ever had. My biggest problem with Reed's is the serving size of their scoops. They are either directly related to the generosity and/or strength of the individual serving you, or or they are instructed to give modest sized scoops and SOMETIMES I get someone who feels charitable. For as much as it costs, dang ... make it worth it! As far as customer service goes, it really depends on who you get. I feel for the most part it's usually a bunch of teens who don't excel in social skills. I don't want a Dutch Bros experience, but at least sort of act like you care that I am there. Aside from those two things, love their stuff!"
