I LOVE this restaurant! Every time we go to Boise we have to get Boise fry. I used to work for the farmer who supplied all the organic potatoes to all the BF companies in the Boise area. Our favorite is the bourgeois fries with truffle salt… YUM! We get half a dozen different fry sauces, the Bison burger which is great but my husband LOVES the classic burger with sweet pickles. The po boys tasted burnt and the fries tasted like the oil needed to be changed. The kids meal is just a little slider that didn't have any condiments in it. We paid over $40. For that price I have higher expectations. View all feedback.
