Let me start by saying, Sunday breakfast at Terrace was great... until it wasn 't. We waited well over an hour to get our food. Bacon was rancid; I took it home for my dog and she threw up with one bite. Biscuits would have made excellent brick walls. Eggs were runny...how do you make scrambled eggs runny?
