"Nous avons commandé sur foodora. Les burgers et les frites sont vraiment bonnes mais très très décue du "muffin coeur nutella maison"...une blague!!!!!!!!! Un muffin qui m'a l'air très industriel déjà sans coeur fondant mais avec une louche de nutella chaud dessus!!! Le muffin n'était pas bon en plus. Evitez donc les desserts en livraison."

"- Very kind people, good prices- Food wasn't tasty, even flat on some dishes. Very disappointed. Tyically for foreigners (starters/main course/dessert) which means big loss of authenticity. I really don't recommend unless they make efforts on food's quality and try not to go "French style Tibetan" (surprise not to see chopsticks)"

"My husband drove myself and my son to the restaurant. We had previously ordered from deliveroo and i thought the food was quite good so insisted that we visit them. When we arrived we could not find parking so decided to order take away. That is when it all began. The folks that took my order told me all i could order was the bento box which was fine with me but then they told me some items that were listed on the menu for the bento box such as miso soup i couldn’t have because i was ordering it take out. This comment didn’t make sense to me especially since I could order the individually and pay extra. When I asked about this because it didn’t make sense they people taking my order got upset. First when the food was ready instead of handing it over to me politely they shoved it at me. At first I was baffled and thought perhaps i misunderstood but then they proceeded to throw the check at me to pay. When i confronted them about their behavior and stated that i felt as though they didn’t want my business they then took the food away from me and proceeded to ignore me. I started to tell them that i had discovered their restaurant on deliveroo and came specifically to try the restaurant but decided to leave since they continued to ignored me. I have never seen such rude behavior by a restaurant and experienced such bad customer service. This is a shame because the food is quite good but the people skills are horrible so we will never set foot in this restaurant. We hope others follow our example because restaurants such as this one need to understand the value of a customer..::And that they can’t expect to treat customers any old way and stay in business. Word does spread!"
