The maintenance team are sloppy and mismanaged. This is what the toilets have looked like throughout the whole mall for too many years now. The Dyson hand dryer hasn’t been fixed for 2 years, causing you to waste paper towels and spend triple the cost on staff visits to the downstairs men’s toilets.
