All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Every dish was made with great skill and had a great combination of taste. 3. Sophia's waiter was very nice to meet you. She was friendly and careful, always willing to help and tell when she chooses food or drinks. 4. The waiter showed a high level of professionalism, he was very welcoming and swiftly fulfilling all our wishes. Orders came quickly, and he was easy to answer all our questions by providing us with the necessary information. 5. In general, we really liked this place. "In nine years of rest on the Morchin's resort, food tastes better, even dietary, than in Kashtan's restaurant. It's always fresh, even the simplest meals are delicious. "The restaurant is in a very good location. There is a hotel, vats, and a restaurant with fishing. From the very beginning, the mood was simply wonderful, we caught a fish, which we later tasted. We had a chan booked from 17:00 to 19:00. We arrived at 16:30 to go fishing and then order at the restaurant. But the mood deteriorated in the restaurant... When we arrived at the restaurant, at the entrance, we were told at the bar that we could choose a table and wait there for the waiter to take the fish and our order, which we did. After a certain period of time, a girl (waiter came up to us, who for some unknown reason was already not satisfied with something and told us that we cannot sit here and should leave this table as it is reserved. She did not explain calmly and properly, namely it looked as if we were being kicked out of the table... (We came at 5:00 p.m., the reservation was for 6:00 p.m., we wanted to make a reservation for 7:00 p.m. and at the same time there was no sign or at least a sign that the table was occupied... . Despite the already negative mood of the waiter, we asked to be informed about the free tables we can count on, we were shown all the tables under the wall, there were no free ones under the windows. Okay, we moved to another table. When I left to inspect another hall, on my way back, this waiter, standing at the bar, expressed his displeasure quite loudly, which I never understood, but it was quite clearly said: why do I have to serve this table, etc.... . It was said at our table. I don 't really understand the principles of service of this establishment, but I think it is not appropriate anywhere.. especially with customers. Of course, the mood was spoiled... In the vat, the man was very pleasant, no comments to him. We were received by another waiter who was very nice, her name is Maria, we thank her very much for a pleasant evening. If it wasn 't for Maria and that man from the vat, the rating would be 1 star. But thanks to such rude and unpleasant waiters like that girl at the beginning, the impression of the establishment deteriorates... I don 't want to go back there anymore. I know what service is and I know what it 's like to work with people, so to talk about complexity, etc. no need. Unfortunately, it was not possible to communicate with the administrator, so I leave my feedback here. Visited on 07/28/2023."
