I am pretty sure my friends booked this place as a joke. I can't explain the impracticality of the rooms. You need to witness this. Don't ever attempt a pyramid hotel. We recently organized an event in Piramida the quality of service was very high (while picking up the dishes they even asked if it was tasty, etc. , organization at a high level, the decor is also first class, and the rooms guests were delighted, a big plus is air conditioning in each room . From the outside, the building looks like its glory days are behind it, which also intensified the wow effect when we went inside. I recommend cooperation with Piramida with a clear conscience. My room didn't have windows at eye level. There were some 9 inch long splatted blinds 7 foot up. I didn't open them. The staff were very welcoming and respectful. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 1
I do not recommend, the reservation is paid in advance, I called with information that my trip is going to be longer and I will arrive around 1:00 am to my surprise I received information it 's your problem if you are late we accept reservations until 11:00 pm I travel a lot on business and this is the first time I have encountered such arrogance and insolence from the staff of this facility.
