Our hotel recommended A Balus and we enjoyed every element of our dining experience. Our server (AnnaLu I think) was adorable and very helpful in choosing dishes. We shared mushroom torta with parmesan cream, tagliatelle with truffle, nettle tagliatelle with tomato and onion, mixed green salad and roasted vegetables one dish better than the next.
