I went to have dinner at this well renown restaurant full of expectations; although the wine selection is great, I found the food far to complicated and elaborate then necessary. Now, perhaps this is one branch of the nouvelle cuisine, but I much prefer other chefs, interpreting the Italian tradition yet allowing us to taste the food served, without topping it or surrounding it with unusually flavoured drips.
