A really nice healthy and vegan-friendly restaurant which serves Italian fine dishes with an original twist. All ingredients are organic and fresh which brings the dishes to another level. We were there twice in two days. Once to order on the menu for dinner (delicious Nerone , a wild rice risotto with curried flavors and Vado di Messico! , tacos dish) and a second time to enjoy the buffet during which you pay by weight. The latest was fully vegetarian which is really appreciable and the options for vegan are clearly indicated. Whether you want to load your plate with different tastes for lunch or enjoy one of their a la carte menu. I highly recommand this place which is big and tends to get busy from its success.
The restaurant is buffet style. There is a wide choice of vegetables and vegan dishes. Everything is weighed and paid to weight (be careful because in no time you find yourself with a 20€ dish!! In general quality is good.
