Piccola delusione. Servizio sempre impeccabile, ottima cantina ma questa sera è mancato qualcosa. Puntarelle non pervenute in un piatto con troppa misticanza che ha coperto il tutto, tataki di tonno rosso buono e salmone con melograno che non aveva nulla di particolare.
