Service charge not optional?! Ordered something at the bar that should’ve been £6, was presented with £6.60 on the card machine, when questioned, the cashier said they add it on to bring it to you… even though I’d ordered at the bar and picked it up myself… Very strange concept, no wonder it only has a 3.8 rating read more.
