Staff very slow and the whole place is disgusting chairs and tables in a terrible state place is full of flys looks like a 80s retro pub as in desperate need of refurbishment

I was out with my husband my 23 year old son and his 20 year old girlfriend. We ordered some drinks via the app. Long story short the drinks were delivered to the table and my son was asked for ID for a non alcoholic kopperburg, which was a bit strange.. and was informed that no one underage could drink any of the drinks that we had ordered even tho one was non alcoholic and all of us were defo not underage.. After about an hour we ordered some more drinks and when they arrived we was told that one would have to be removed as my sons girlfriend had been drinking it.. (she is 20) but because she didn't have ID it was being removed. I said yes you can take it but we want a refund and I was told no... I was fuming so an argument started and we was asked to leave and I said not before a refund of the meals and drinks we had just ordered. I was told no and that I would have to ask head office.. cheeeeky gits the order was worth 50 quid.. I said I wasn't going to go until I got a refund... we did eventually but not for another drink that was 7.00 pound.. I WILL persue the refund of said money... awful awful attitude the staff had.. AND when I was waking out the waitress actually walked into me.. pathetic.... I was told never to return and I actually wouldn't do anyway

Visited here with husband and young son, the establishment was fairly clean during our visit, quite busy, ordered food through the app drinks and food was served rather quickly so was impressed, good value to money and staff was friendly

Absolutely hopeless, one person serving,waited ten minutes to get served. No apology for the wait. Tables dirty and full of empty glasses, would not recommend.

My wife, Grandson and myself was here Sunday afternoon for some food I have been in here many times and it is good if you only want drinks plus you can use the app, but for food it seems to have gone downhill, the last few times we have been in for food the tables are not cleared or cleaned often enough We had to ask 3 times for glasses and plates that was left on the table to be moved the staff always say they are busy or short staffed Our 3 meals was pizza, a wrap and steak and chips the food was ok but nothing special They dont have a car park now but you can park close by in the shopping car park Would I go again ? for drinks Yes but for food No
