Tastes of South Tyrolean cuisine are headed to this place. Nice and clean environment, a little small. Fast service, very precise staff, kind and attentive hit us positively the girl who poured the water in the cup: poured some drops of water on the table bathing the paper napkin, is immediately rushed to change it drying the drops of water! But where do you find these attentions to the customer?!? Bravo). We opted for terracotta: ravioli prawns, mixed tempura and uramaki ebiten. All good, crisp tempura, not fat, very good ravioli! My favorite Sushi in Bolzano I love the quality, freshness and beauty of decorations in an essential and very clean environment, with francesco and really empathic sasha. The unparalleled price quality ratio . My favorite dishes are Phila Green, Spicy Salmón!

My boyfriend and I are quite abitudinari customers of p.zza Vittoria Insushi because the sushi is almost always delicious (I say so because there were times that the fish was not fresh) and the price quality ratio is great. I wanted to make a little note though for the smell that remains on the clothes when it comes out... It is true that the place is small and you need Chinese/Japanese food, but I think with a modification or modernization of the system of aspiration in the kitchen, the problem could be solved.
