Popped in for an impromptu family dinner and was delighted to find the club had Tuesday night discounted meals. I can never go past a good snitzel and the Bowling Clubs is always one of the best!! Very hit and miss...mostly miss unfortunately, the last couple of times we have been here it has been terrible! With so many kitchen staff you would hope there would be at least one of them can cook, this is not the case, we had a chicken schnitzel that was deep dried to the point of no return, the chicken was almost non existent, we would have taken it back but after waiting for over an hour for our meals there seem... Had a wonderful lunch today. Chicken carving, chips, vegetables and mushroom sauce. Nice and hot and very nice.
