this morning to the coffee fought and stopped because a (small) young women who don't wear a name tag that seemed to be responsible, always screamed so loud to the employees that we didn't hear talking. I asked if she could lower her vote a little and said she had to talk that loud staff on the back she could hear that I only did my job I told myself. will not go back there when they think it is ok for the employees...
