"To take a good liquor, Erik Gietman's home is Rincón's best place to do it. His home and work center built it on a property that belonged to the only cinema on the island. This Dutchman first came to Bonaire in 1991 and confessed to falling in love with everything he rode around, so about four years ago he decided to settle here with family and everything. His engineering knowledge served him to develop a small company dedicated to distilling the kadushi a plant originating from the area. He then developed six types of liquor he dedicated to every island of Las Antillas. The kadushi and lemon offered it to Bonaire, the aloe and cherries for Aruba. He has one of the guanábana dedicated to Curacao, he was waving Statia, cinnamon for Saba and finally a special edition made with orange for Holland. It also produces wiski, rum and vodka from the plant that works handcrafted. Erik confesses that in this place he found the peace he sought so much, the calm that he needed his years of maturity.
