Service was slow, took at least 20mins for the bar food. The reception lady was rude, no welcome just ask casual or fine dining(i think describe is a normal a la cart would more suitable. And she was just pointing the way to the bar , said bar that way no eye contact no smile. Most of staffs look devastated (don't know why). The view was nice, food was average and service was poor.
