Placed a door dash order which I have done a number of times without issue. Apparently somebody else picked up the order and when the doordash driver arrived to pick it up, it was not available. Rather than making it right or even attempting to do anything at all, they advised me an hour later when I called that I needed to cancel my order with door dash and get a refund.
