Hickory -b-que - Bonham

What Tom Salisbury likes about Hickory -b-que:
Good bbq, price and friendly. I ordered small carry out. Chopped beef was a little mushy, cole slaw was standard, potato salad was creamy and tasted good and pinto beans were good but bland. The sauce was a perfect 1 size fits all. Not too spicy, sweet or peppery. The peach cobbler just came out so I got some of that too. Not that sweet and cobbler was like dough. What Boomya Shockya doesn't like about Hickory -b-que:
I like the look of the restaurant inside. However, the chopped beef wasn't ideal, I didn't like that it's already chopped and in a pot with BBQ sauce, which is not a good idea, in my opinion. But I had the pinto beans and green beans as my sides, and they were good. The sausage is tasty, nice smoke flavor. As for the Turkey, it has no taste and no smoke flavor.
