What User likes about Tapioca Express:
There is very nice and cool Halloween decorations at this tapioca express, and they have special Halloween drinks Pumpkin snow babble). I was so happy that they could customize a pumpkin snow bubble for me!!! The staff was very friendly and patient. I will definitely come back! View all feedback.

A couple of days ago, I got a cookies and cream snow bubble and when I tried it, it had too much ice in it. I didn’t enjoy it. However I would say that the place looks really nice if you want to stay and chill out. My family’s drinks looked really good, but mine was terrible.
