If you are looking for excellent bbq in SWFL, don't look further! The first time the ribbed plate (1/2 rack w 2 sides) tried. These ribs were perfect! Dry rub had a subtle complexity. Nothing exaggerated, but it had great taste without exaggerating the ribs. From first bite to last, you can say the bbq was prepared by people who know what they do and love what they do! I'm sorry, but I have to be honest. This is average bbq. Pros: boiled well (chicken was juicy), portion size was excellent, and price was good. There is simply not much bbq taste in it. No smoke taste comes through, especially on the ?smoked Mac and cheese?. Pages definitely bought flavor business. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad meal. It's just not great bbq. View all feedback.
