Eine Bonner Institution mit bestechender Atmosphäre: der "Stachel". Damals swingten und jazzten die Live-Musiker oder gaben sich den Blues. Daran erinnern noch die Motive in den Nischen des 150 Jahre alten Kellergewölbes, die allesamt dem Jazzleben aus New Orleans nachempfunden sind.
