I took my family here and ordered 3 Smokehouse Brisket dinners. When we received our food, the sandwiches were ice cold. My wife had to go back up to the counter and was going to ask them to microwave the sandwiches for her. Keep in mind, (it was a $50 dinner). After being ignored for an extended period of time, I walked up and asked for service. I had to ask twice! The cook became very outraged, and things escalated... View all feedback.
