1st successful experience in a kitchen workshop; Chef mickael was a pedagogue and we learned to make the following recipes for the lunch menu: - apricot salad and smoky magret; roasted gambas, bounty risotto and red onion pickles; - lost spice bread, cocoa and strawberry whipped; Superb experience, quality fresh products, great good. I loved everything from the entrance to the dessert; the chef made us comfortable, transmitted his experiences and tips.
