We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this jewel while staying in Bordeaux . During certain days of the week they make the world famous Poulet de Bresse. It is the only AOC controlled chicken in the world!!! Edward was so very helpful in his suggestions and helping us cater a party at the villa we were staying.
