Disappointing visit for rooftop bar at 5* Hotel. Setting and furniture a bit scruffy, staff were desultory , menu was limited and cocktails watery. Caviar blinis were reasonable but missing some usual accompaniments. Just didn’t measure up to fine hotel standard in France View all feedback.
Great views of the city at night in a well-themed location. But the menu is quite expensive for what you get. Also took us a while to get in.
