What Carlo Petrillo likes about Gia' Sai:
Nice location with a Neapolitan school pizzeria (and you can feel it in the excellent flavor of the dough) but with a bit of confusion in assembling the various ingredients of the finished pizza. In short, far from the standards of a Gourmet pizza that is very trendy today but good for the Neapolitan pizza ranking. I've been more than once. But the last two are to be forgotten. The pizza isn't that great. Last time, the margherita (one of the pizzas ordered) was raw including the sauce. On both occasions, before they brought us the pizzas, they made us wait at least an hour... truly absurd. And in any case, for the price of the dishes and the cost of the service, they should be impeccable. View all feedback.
