"Only wow! from the moment when we arrived in melsted, we felt the calm rest of this gegner. next to the sea, the view is spectacular from the rooms and dining rooms. Eating is fantastic and prepared by an experienced cook. the decor is thoughtful and convenient to use. the personal friendly and accommodating. only on the floor was that we didn't stay long enough. in relation to other reviews, I think they have new dining chairs!"

"Didn 't get a chance to eat there, though I wanted to. I was late for the bus at about 5 p.m 2 hours to the next. So decided to go eat at rest. Gudhjem Bakke. The rest. was half empty, so sat down at a free table. Along came the waiter, telling me, that that table was reserved. I argued there wasn 't a reserved sign. He replied, that any table without a sign was reserved in a tone as though I was supposed to know that. I asked where else I could sit. He answered in a very arrogant tone: They are all reserved! ....... I will definitely never bother that restaurant again they seem to consider even potential costumers a nuisance."

"Beautiful surroundings, the room big, bright and delicious with the most amazing view. The floor hugs well enough, but it's just a charm. We were there from Tuesday to Thursday. And can only say that the service was unmatched. The service was delivered at very high level. The food was good and showed good times, but just lacked the last, to get the stars up to call. Everything in all a really nice stay where the staff deserves great tranquility."
