"A visit to Spetakel made me almost happy. We dropped in at Spetakel on a Thursday at the end of July and were (unfortunately greeted by the fact that everything was taken. However, we were asked if we could get a batch of food for two adults and two children and after a quick check in the kitchen we got the OK to be able to take it with us. While we were waiting, however, there was a company that did not show up, and we therefore got a really nice table. And then it was just a matter of choosing some wine and water and waiting for the food. For food, we ordered a large board and twice the children 's version. And what a board we all got! There was nothing missing on the big board and there was more than enough for two. From the board, I must especially highlight good jamón (ibérico, jabugo or duroc didn 't get asked i.e. black footed ham which was at room temperature (hurrah because it wasn 't cold , delicious little arrancini (fried rice balls with mushrooms as well as sourdough bread and crisp bread you could easily live alone. In addition, there were delicious cheeses, sausages and things to spread on the bread. And if we lacked something, we could get more, the sweet and attentive waiter told us (and my family can never have enough of good jamón so we asked for a little more, which we immediately got but a smile and an accompanying of course . Before then, a little more bread had also been added to the basket without us having to ask about it. Nice, nice service by the attentive young waiter. We drank a delicious organic Austrian Pinot Noir from Birgit Braunstein for DKK 450 a bottle. To my taste, it could be a few degrees colder, but I am sure of its approx. 18 19 degrees is what most people want, so ok. The children got a really nice children 's board, which my one daughter reviewed with the words this is my dream lunchbox . They also drank natural soft drinks and water. And it was all rounded off with some really good espresso (which was kept in ristretto size in small cups and not once watered down in granny cups, which have otherwise become so hip . Hooray for that too! We ended up with a little over DKK 1300 for the pleasure, and it was really a pleasure. And if the children had been a few years older and could have gone home themselves, we adults would have stayed for a few cocktails, because the atmosphere was definitely for that at fine Spektakel."

"Best place in Gudhjem, and probably my favourite place on all of Bornholm. Great food. Organic and always with a vegetarian alternative to the dish of the day, which is normally some kind of stew. Always lovely. You can also get snacks, desserts and plenty of good organic wine. It's a small place with a mix of local guests and tourists. There's a great atmosphere and you can tell that people always come back!"

"Didn 't get a chance to eat there, though I wanted to. I was late for the bus at about 5 p.m 2 hours to the next. So decided to go eat at rest. Gudhjem Bakke. The rest. was half empty, so sat down at a free table. Along came the waiter, telling me, that that table was reserved. I argued there wasn 't a reserved sign. He replied, that any table without a sign was reserved in a tone as though I was supposed to know that. I asked where else I could sit. He answered in a very arrogant tone: They are all reserved! ....... I will definitely never bother that restaurant again they seem to consider even potential costumers a nuisance."

"Beautiful surroundings, the room big, bright and delicious with the most amazing view. The floor hugs well enough, but it's just a charm. We were there from Tuesday to Thursday. And can only say that the service was unmatched. The service was delivered at very high level. The food was good and showed good times, but just lacked the last, to get the stars up to call. Everything in all a really nice stay where the staff deserves great tranquility."
