"Restaurant Le Port offers superior location and excellent food and service. The partially heated balcony offers a stunning view and sunset on demand . The staff is friendly, the chefs evidently passionate and very good and the wine list very reasonable with e.g. an excellent Sancerre at less than 100 EUR. We visited, two couples with two young girls who also felt welcome and the staff were very friendly. Rather expensive, but worth every penny! Book in advance they are very popular which is well deserved and do enjoy a rather slowly served with attention to detail and cuisine at a very high level dinner, in an extraordinary setting."

"Didn 't get a chance to eat there, though I wanted to. I was late for the bus at about 5 p.m 2 hours to the next. So decided to go eat at rest. Gudhjem Bakke. The rest. was half empty, so sat down at a free table. Along came the waiter, telling me, that that table was reserved. I argued there wasn 't a reserved sign. He replied, that any table without a sign was reserved in a tone as though I was supposed to know that. I asked where else I could sit. He answered in a very arrogant tone: They are all reserved! ....... I will definitely never bother that restaurant again they seem to consider even potential costumers a nuisance."

"Beautiful surroundings, the room big, bright and delicious with the most amazing view. The floor hugs well enough, but it's just a charm. We were there from Tuesday to Thursday. And can only say that the service was unmatched. The service was delivered at very high level. The food was good and showed good times, but just lacked the last, to get the stars up to call. Everything in all a really nice stay where the staff deserves great tranquility."

"Best place in Gudhjem, and probably my favourite place on all of Bornholm. Great food. Organic and always with a vegetarian alternative to the dish of the day, which is normally some kind of stew. Always lovely. You can also get snacks, desserts and plenty of good organic wine. It's a small place with a mix of local guests and tourists. There's a great atmosphere and you can tell that people always come back!"
