I love visiting The Freckled Hen, usually with my dog, after my daily walk around Surrey Hills. I am always made to feel special here and their food is fresh , plentiful and absolutely delicious ! The coffee is strong and rich, and if you order a large one its served in the prettiest crockery with big floral napkins accompanying the food. Sadly, the Freckled Hen has undergone a transformation. What used to be a delightful place for afternoon tea has morphed into something more generic. It no longer has a point of difference in this cafe laden strip, and unfortunately it's not a standout, so I won't be returning. View all feedback.
